Situated high in the western Andes at 2,200 meters elevation, Toquepala's Abrigo del Diablo (Devil's rock face) features dynamic hunting scenes painted in red, black, white, and yellow. They depict early hunters cornering and hunting guanacos, showing early communal hunting strategies (chaco).
