On sandstone outcrops beside the Nile in northern Sudan, the Sabu-Jaddi site gathers thousands of petroglyphs spanning millennia — long-horned cattle, giraffes, boats and later Kushite and Christian motifs. It is one of the richest open-air rock-art sites along the Nubian Nile.
